Orders ship at a flat rate of £4.00 via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service. Orders ship from London, England.

Most in-stock orders ship within 7 days from Monday to Friday. Your order should arrive within 10 working days from the day you place the order. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day.

If items in your order are out of stock we'll notify you. Most backorders ship within 3-4 weeks.

If there is a problem with your order you will be contacted by a customer service representative. If you do not reply within one week your order may be cancelled.

Please note, you are only charged for the items that have been dispatched to you. Any remaining items will be charged at the time of dispatch.

Are you having your order shipped to your place of work? Remember to include the company name in the Street Address field and provide a suite number if applicable. Incorrectly addressed shipments are subject to delay.
